Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare Technical design documents.
- Developing new frameworks on EIS applications.
- Deploying and testing the flow services.
- Working on QA and performance testing all developed EIS application frameworks
- Setting up the environment for the production.
- Responsible for managing the production environment and will provide support.
- Participate in project meetings/discussions held at Staples and manage all the • deliverables in support area of the project.
- Responsible for Support and Maintenance – Managing current production environment, minor enhancement, daily monitoring, performance and health check, • on call support for any P1/P2 issues.
- Prepare and provide RCA documents on P1/P2 and recurring issues.
- Leading EAI track to support the EAI Integration solution.
- Analyzing the problem faced by the User by simulating it, identifying the route • cause, which would possibly result in program changes.
- Service Improvement by sensing the commonly recurring problems proactively, this • reduces the time spent in manual fixing of these errors.
- Suggesting new solutions to the customer to add value to the business.

Network, Broker, JDBC Adapter, MQ Adapter, Developer, Service Now and Version
One ticketing tools, Cross Vista, Jenkins, Linux, Oracle, Splunk, Talend, IBM
WebSphere MQ, Tilde scheduler, VCS and Star team, Extra Hop, Confluence.
Basic Qualifications:
- Good understanding of WebMethods Integration Server 9.9 and MWS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
